  • What is the INSANITY Pro Team?
    • The INSANITY Pro Team is a monthly content program available exclusively to those who have successfully completed INSANITY Certification. By joining the Pro Team, you will receive all of the tools you need to grow your fitness business. Every Pro Team member will receive a shipment of a DVD and music CD every other month, filled with new moves and hot music to keep your classes rocking. Members also have access to exclusive online content at all times, with new content being released monthly. Part of the online content includes access to a toolkit of marketing materials to help grow your business. These include professionally designed, high-resolution business cards, posters, guest passes, free class passes, postcards, and an email template. You will also receive an enhanced listing in our Instructor Finder tool, and access to and use of the INSANITY, INSANITY Instructor, and INSANITY Pro Team logos.
  • How do I become a Pro Team member?
    • Once you successfully complete the INSANITY Certification Workshop, you will have the option to join the INSANITY Pro Team and receive exclusive content each month. You can sign up at INSANITYCertification.com once you become an INSANITY Instructor.
  • Can I join the Pro Team before I complete the INSANITY Certification course?
    • No, you must successfully complete the INSANITY Certification Workshop before you will be eligible to enroll in the Pro Team program.
  • What is included in my Pro Team membership?
    • Brand-new INSANITY Certified workouts are shipped to you every other month on an instructional DVD with an accompanying music CD, so that content is always fresh for you and your members. A worksheet containing all of the moves will be provided for you as well. Additionally, you will receive 24/7 access to exclusive online content, including fitness and nutrition articles and videos, an exclusive marketing toolkit, an enhanced listing in the INSANITY Instructor Finder, and special discounts.
  • When are the Pro Team releases shipped?
    • Pro Team releases are shipped every other month on the odd-numbered months—1 (January), 3 (March), 5 (May), 7 (July), 9 (September), and 11 (November).
  • What kind of content is provided on the Pro Team DVD that ships every other month?
    • Each release includes an entire workout, complete with music and moves that can be modified to a 30-minute or a 50-minute class. This allows you to provide variety in your classes, while still adhering to INSANITY.
  • Can I play the Pro Team DVDs during my classes?
    • No. The Pro Team DVDs are instructional tools for you to learn from. The moves included on the DVDs are new tools for you to learn and then teach your classes live without the use of the DVD. Using the DVD in any other way could be a copyright infringement.
  • What else do I get besides a DVD, CD, and cueing sheet every other month?
      • Online content including videos and articles with insights into the topics that matter most to you: training/instruction, motivation, business, nutrition
      • Access to an exclusive marketing toolkit, allowing you to grow your business to new levels; the toolkit includes business cards, posters, guest passes, free class passes, postcards, an email template, and program logos (INSANITY, INSANITY Instructor, INSANITY Pro Team)
      • Enhanced listing and placement in our Instructor Finder tool including personal contact details, allowing gyms and members direct access to you
      • Exclusive discounts on the program apparel and gear that you love

  • What kind of support for my business do I have as a Pro Team member?
    • Access to an exclusive marketing toolkit, allowing you to be successful and grow your business to new levels. This toolkit includes business cards, posters, guest passes, free class passes, postcards, an email template, and program logos (INSANITY, INSANITY Certified, INSANITY Instructor, INSANITY Pro Team), all customizable for you to better market yourself and your business. You will also have access to an enhanced listing and placement in our Instructor Finder tool including personal contact details, allowing gyms and members direct access to you and your classes.
  • How do I print the items from my INSANITY Pro Team marketing toolkit?
    • You can print the materials in your own home, or you can send the files to your preferred vendor. All of the marketing materials are professionally designed, high-resolution files.
  • How much does the Pro Team membership cost?
    • The Pro Team membership will cost $29.95 per month (plus applicable taxes), with the first two months billed at the time you sign up. Starting in the third month of your membership, and each month thereafter, you will automatically be billed $29.95 to the credit card you used at the time you signed up for the membership. Shipping is included in the Pro Team membership cost. And, if you're a Team Beachbody® Coach, you get a 10% discount on Pro Team membership.
  • Why is the first month's payment equal to 2 months' charges?
    • The first payment covers your first 2 months of the Pro Team membership. For example, if you sign up in March, you will pay for March and April and not be charged again until May.
  • Do I have to order the content each month once I'm enrolled in the Pro Team?
    • No, once you sign up for the INSANITY Pro Team, the content will automatically be shipped to you each month, and with your INSANITY Pro Team login you can view the online content immediately and on demand by going to INSANITYCertification.com.
  • Can I pick which workouts I want shipped to me every other month?
    • You cannot pick which workouts you want for the autoshipment. This shipment always consists of the newest release, and cannot be changed. However, you can purchase any additional available releases you would like at a 25% discount.
  • What kind of discounts do I get if I'm a member of the INSANITY Pro Team?
    • As a Pro Team member, you will receive a 25% discount on any prior Pro Team releases, discounts on apparel, as well as being eligible for additional discounts throughout the year. You will also be able to extend your INSANITY Certification the longer you remain on Pro Team.
  • Will I get discounts on previous Pro Team content?
    • Yes, if you choose to purchase items from previous months, you can do so at a discounted rate. Previous releases are 25% off.
  • Can I purchase previous Rounds if I am not a Pro Team member?
    • INSANITY Certified Instructors can purchase previous Rounds at full price. Pro Team members get previous Rounds at a 25% discount. Contact our Certification Hotline at 1 (888) 247-1940 for details.
  • How does Pro Team membership extend my INSANITY Certification?
    • Your INSANITY Certification is valid for twelve (12) months from the date you complete the INSANITY Workshop and become INSANITY Certified. Being an active Pro Team member automatically extends your INSANITY Certification. At the end of the twelve (12)-month term, if you are not an active Pro Team member, you will have to attend a new Certification Workshop at the full price in order to remain an active INSANITY Certified Instructor. However, if you are an active Pro Team member, you will continue to be a valid and active INSANITY Instructor, unless you cancel and/or become inactive for twelve (12) cumulative months. For example, if you are active Pro Team member, you will remain a valid and active INSANITY Instructor without having to attend a Certification Workshop. If you cancel your Pro Team membership and are off Pro Team for twelve (12) total months (cumulatively), you will be required to attend a new Certification Workshop at the full price in order to remain an active INSANITY Certified Instructor.
  • What if I don't want certain content?
    • As an INSANITY Pro Team member, you will receive access to all of the content each month. There is no way to select which items you want to receive, since every Pro Team member receives the same shipment and access to the same online content.
  • Can I get Pro Team content even if I'm not INSANITY Certified?
    • No. Only INSANITY Certified Instructors are allowed access to the INSANITY Pro Team membership and content.
  • How long does it take to get new Pro Team releases?
    • New releases usually arrive to you within 7 to 10 days from shipment in the third week of the shippable month.
  • How do I inquire about the status of my order?
  • How long should I wait before calling to check on my shipment?
    • A good rule of thumb is to wait 10 business days before calling.
  • When will payments be drafted from my account?
    • Your initial payment for the first two months of Pro Team membership will be billed immediately after you join. The next payment will be automatically billed 60 days after your initial payment. All payments thereafter will continue to be billed every 30 days.
  • Other than the monthly charge, will any other fees be automatically charged to my account?
    • No. Your set monthly charge is the only charge, which will be automatically made to your credit card, and covers your Pro Team membership in full.
  • Will I be charged an additional fee on top of my monthly charge when new releases are shipped?
    • No, your regular monthly charge covers the cost of all autoshipped releases sent to you.
  • What will happen if I miss a payment?
    • Should you miss a payment, we will alert you of this missed payment and ask you to call Customer Service to make your missed payment or provide a new credit card. During this time, no new DVDs will be shipped to you until payment is received. After 3 months of missed payments, your account will automatically be cancelled. Should you choose to rejoin the Pro Team, you will need to pay 2 months up front, then you will be billed monthly thereafter.
  • Can I put my account on hold?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot put your account on hold. Should you need to cancel, please call our Certification Hotline at 1 (888) 247-1940 (Monday — Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT) and we will cancel your account. When you rejoin, you will have instant access to Pro Team content, and the next Pro Team Round will ship to you.
  • What is the cancellation policy for the INSANITY Pro Team?
    • You may cancel your Pro Team membership at any time by calling our Certification Hotline at 1 (888) 247-1940. When you cancel, you will be removed from the Pro Team and not charged any further. Sorry, you will not receive a refund of any amounts you paid prior to the date you cancel your membership. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will still have access to the online content until the last day of your billing cycle. If you decide to cancel, we recommended that you call and let us know at least 5 days before your billing date to ensure that you will not be billed for the next month. If you cancel and are later charged the next monthly fee, rest assured we will work to issue you a refund as soon as possible.
  • Can I cancel without a fee?
    • Yes, if you cancel, you will not be required to pay any cancellation fee. However, you will not receive a refund for any amounts you have previously paid.
  • Can I rejoin later if I cancel?
    • Yes, you can rejoin the Pro Team at any time, but each time you rejoin you will need to sign up again as if you were signing up for the first time and commit to two months up front. You will then be billed monthly.
  • How do I change my address or billing information on my INSANITY Pro Team account?
    • You can easily change your profile information online, including credit card number, expiration date, shipping or billing address, legal name, etc., by visiting the Member Profile page on the INSANITY Pro Team website.
  • I'm an INSANITY Instructor. How do I advertise my classes on the INSANITY Certification website?
    • As a Pro Team member, you can promote your classes on the website. To post your classes, simply log in to the INSANITY Certification website and click on the marketing section of your Pro Team account, click on "My Listing," and click on "Add a Class."
  • How can I check to see if someone is an INSANITY Instructor? Or who else is an INSANITY Instructor in my area?
  • My DVD has been damaged. Can I get a replacement?
